keep the focus right
Join the fun naturally, but leave space for Cal, Toya, tips and viewer conversations to stand out.
the room-team handbook
Your job is to help Cal and Toya run a welcoming, readable room without becoming the center of it. Stay calm, use the lightest effective action, and keep moderation private whenever possible.
good moderation is mostly invisible.
it removes friction, protects momentum and lets the room enjoy the show.
your role
A moderator is a trusted assistant, not a co-host, salesperson, police officer or gatekeeper.
Join the fun naturally, but leave space for Cal, Toya, tips and viewer conversations to stand out.
Reduce spam, repeated demands, arguments and clutter. Do not fill every quiet moment yourself.
Be factual and calm. Do not shame viewers publicly, argue about decisions or perform authority.
while the room is live
Be useful without creating more noise. Apps already handle most repetitive notices, so focus on context, accuracy and anything Cal or Toya may have missed.
Say hello when it feels natural, especially when Cal and Toya are busy. One warm welcome is enough.
Use the bio, menu and current room information. If the answer is not clear, do not guess or promise anything for them.
Point viewers toward the menu, current goal or private option when they show genuine interest. Keep it helpful, not pushy.
Thank substantial tippers or someone who completes a goal when it adds warmth beyond the automatic app response.
If a tip note, completed goal or important question was missed, tell Cal or Toya privately rather than repeating it publicly.
Use PimpaGuard for moderation. Do not use other app controls or change room operations unless Cal or Toya asked you to.

avoid
making decisions
Context matters, but the punishment for each recorded strike is fixed. Every flag must include a reason.
For a small misunderstanding, answer briefly or steer the conversation back toward the show. Deliberate or serious behavior does not need an informal warning first.
Use /flag username code. PimpaGuard records the reason and immediately blocks their room chat for 10 minutes.
A second active strike records the new reason and blocks their room chat for 60 minutes.
PimpaGuard locks their room chat and asks the team to complete the removal with Chaturbate's native ban control.
30-day forgiveness: active strikes expire after 30 days. Use `/check username` before acting when you need to confirm a viewer's current position on the ladder.
Threats, severe harassment or obvious malicious disruption can go directly to Chaturbate's native ban. Privately tell Cal or Toya what happened.

Commands are hidden from public chat when the app has Transform Messages permission. Responses, histories and room-team alerts stay private.

Everything after the username becomes the reason. PimpaGuard privately shows the reason to the viewer and room team, then saves it with the moderator, time and strike in the viewer's history.
check the username carefully
choose the closest code or write a factual reason
send the command once and let Guard apply the strike
Manual mutes work the same way: `/mute noisyviewer 10m spam` uses a saved code, while `/mute noisyviewer 10m arguing in public chat` saves a custom reason. A manual mute does not add a strike.
important: PimpaGuard can block transformed room-chat messages, but it cannot perform Chaturbate's native ban. When Guard requests a native ban, a team member must use Chaturbate's own control.
communication
Natural conversation, simple answers, welcoming viewers and brief support for the current room activity.
Moderation decisions, concerns, pricing questions, schedules, disagreements and anything requiring Cal or Toya's attention.
